Can United Really Move on With the Players Who Have Failt?

United still have too many players who just aren't reliable enough. Deheia, Dallow, Shar, Fred, McTominay are all approaching a decade at this point. United need to not necessarily get rid of all these players, but demote some of them so they are the backup options and rotational options. Would any top six team really want sure or Fred?
