Regression Based Tools Are Not Covered by the Current Version of the Law
The language differences between sort of the data science community and the traditional assessment development community become a really critical issue here. The last draft of the law that I saw has, for example, the terms cross validation that this only applies if cross validation is as well. That means very different things to different people. And it's not it's just not defined very clearly. So yeah, I think there's still a lot of ambiguity and the interplay between all of the different people who have a vested interest in these tools is fascinating to watch.
