How Many Decision Makers Are There That Have to Sign Off in a Deal?
Brent: Our investment committee is made up of the three partners, myself, my co-managing partner, Tom Kratula and our partner, Mike Hompesh. For a new investment, we have to be unanimous in our voting for that investment. We have an investment committee meeting when we issue a letter of intent or an indication of interest. And then we'll have a check-in investment committee meeting before we actually deploy our capital towards the end of our due diligence.
