How to Write a Book?

The first chapter really sets things up it tees up everything else that happens in the book. If you want to write agile, like truly agilely, then you probably want to write on your own before you go to the publisher. I think O'Reilly did a world class job in terms of helping us better book and get what they really did. It's so hard to like motivate yourself to get things done when you're just doing it nights and weekend with another job without an actual publishing. But if you haven't written a book before... You might have a discipline, I would say, to do it.
