How to Overload Your Feet
A lot of the foot stuff that I'm doing isn't like specific mini band drills. So instead of just doing a front foot elevated split squat with the heel completely flat and flush to the ground, or to the box or whatever it is, I'll just have the forefoot on there. And then I'll layer this into programming quite a bit. You know, doing some of the rudiment series barefoot as opposed to just trying to do them faster or for longer durations. These are ways that we can build these things in and kind of collectively, you know, I guess, kill two birds of one stone, so to speak.
