The Importance of Extraction in Creative Processes

We have so many other channels of knowing beyond the intellect, beyond the rational mind. And as Sherry says, if we can begin to open to these other mind centers, the heart, the gut, our emotion, our intuition and come into resonance with them, it becomes possible to catapult our consciousness forward very quickly. So let's come back now to the big piece at play here that I talked about at the outset of this episode, extraction. This impulse to extract what we require in order to meet our needs. How does that come into play in terms of limiting our ways of knowing?
