How to Deal With Failure

Joanna: I don't view anybody as a competitor because like you said, we all have something unique to bring to the table. And there is always room for a new voice in a genre that even could be very crowded. For me, it's always been fear of judgment - what will people think of me? Joanna: The other thing that people have is the fear of failure. But how do you deal with, and I guess also recommendations for other people, dealing with failure?"
