I noticed that not one did you even give a hint of anything that sounds like giving them agency. And i wish i could remember who it was that said thisn onteachin and hiered, but you can't give them because if you think you can giveIt to them, it's something that they are taken control es, yes, o you. Along these lines, one little trick that i've used for several years now that i love is really helps me reframe the way i look at my relation to other people in this room. I refuse to use the phrase my dens. I don't own them. They aren't mine. They are students in my class.
