Is the One Meal a Day the Hardest for You?
When I initially started the program, my big idea was to do, you know, eat quote unquote normal for a couple days where you're eating like breakfast lunch dinner. And then do a 48 hour fast and then kind of like space it out before you're next fast with another eat normal day. So if you're used to one meal a day that 48, it's 100 pain you're getting past now. But no, everybody is definitely we come up with a customized approach for them. We have everyone has their own accountability coach and someone they can get on the phone whenever constantly messaging them coming up with a plan. This isn't like the Joel Staley secret formula one size fits
