"It was day after day of literally the same exact nothing," he says. "I couldn't even, even though I like tried to work out, it felt like I had 100 pound weight on my back" He's now sober for two and a half years; his third year will be in June. "[Sobering] is just a different perspective ... not doing whatever I can each day to make myself feel good."
Today, I’m sharing an interview with author and ex-stand up comedian Pam Gaslow. After more than a decade of sobriety, Pam relapsed into addiction at age 45.
While many people think of marijuana as a harmless drug, Pam’s experience was different: She became an addict, living without purpose and barely able to function.
