How to Diagnose a Left Bundle Branch Block
The patient should look pretty sick if that's an acute change. If they have an acute MI or acute coronary occlusion, the patient shouldn't be sitting in bed with legs crossed and hands over their head saying, yeah, I've got a little bit of chest discomfort. That's where I really want to push to get my intensivist and my interventional cardiologist involved. Yeah, if they look gray, ashy, you know, your typical diaphoretic cold and clammy patient, they should be going to the lab regardless.
