The Fear of Helping a Stranger

Honda: I saw a woman who was wearing underwear and a t-shirt and heels walking in the middle of the street. She didn't like do anything crazy, like please help me kind of things. But she just kind of like waved her hand as if she was looking to get like picked up for hailing a cabbie. And so I kept going, but then part of me was thinking, well, like what if she was in this situation where someone drugged her, and then I could have helped her.
