In this case here, the customers are actually with th customers service wraps themselves. So wey looked at things like, weren their work flothes inefficient? Were they losing time pushing buttons when they didn't need to push buttons, right? When were they sitting there waiting for a screen to it turns out firs like the number of things that lose the actully, wasn't very hard to opthemise. But it took purposeuness very focus. I mean, you had to have a business mind set. And if you're running one, you have to kind of think like an octrapenur and how to run it as efficient ineffectively as possible.
