I'll just emphasize what you said which is that it happens from time to time and I don't really take care of the neuro ICU patients but even in our regular general surgical ICU patients where they'll be making a lot of urine. It's really only if they're making themselves negative overall even then sometimes people come in volume overloaded or something like that. But for the most part that's when I start to think something going on if they're actively making themselves more negative every you know more negative than they even started with. If a patient got a ton of extra volume and now they're putting out aA lot of urine more than most people it probably just means they have better kidneys
