How to Increase Your Offer With Accelerators

It's not the upfront cash that you're getting. It's all factored out over a period of time. And that's where you're increasing your offer ultimately. Another thing with being blessed here is that that upside is not going to be based off of some insane growth forecast. If you make the number too large, it's just a, frankly, I don't feel like it's honest, but b, it doesn't have incentives in my opinion.
