Is AI a Forcing Function to Broad Based Institutional Reform?
AI will be a forcing function to broad based institutional reform. But the question, it's not guaranteed to result in like the right reforms. There's already an overhang of deadwood that I think anyone knows. Anyone who studied it knows there could be massive downsizing and quality of anything that might improve. And so in some ways we'll have to build a parallel system that renders the legacy system obsolete.
