LW: VBS is just, you know, it's largely babysitting. I've killed VBS in two congregations that way. The parents that weren't members of this church stop bringing their kids to VBS midweek. Parents out that people that aren't Lutheran don't like talking about the sacraments. And then you had the ones who go through like three or four or five VBSes in a summer.
