The Unsustainable Debt Ratio in the USA
At what point do you think the USA's borrowing becomes unsustainable? Even till two years ago, that servicing ratio was very low. Two years ago, there was $18 trillion equivalent of public debt within Europe and Japan. I don't think that the Fed and ECB can stop at 5% or 3%. Inflation is going to surprise for many reasons. And then we'll see why the central banks are going to stick to fighting inflation.
