The Asia manifesto says that value collaboration more rather than writing comprehensive documentation. People also seem to refer to user story as the only way of specifying requirements because we want to be agile. So I think what I find challenging in my day-to-day experience is that sometimes these are not enough, right? It's not sufficient for developers to actually write the software; we need better specifications.
