I think my orientation and the skills that I've built allow me to navigate a big company well. And so it's just more rounding from a marketing mixed standpoint to have both CPG in retail. There are a lot of similarities, but probably the biggest difference that I found is the pace in retail is a bit faster than in a CPG.
