How to Scale Beyond Just Me?

I try to expose myself to a lot of different ideas, ad people on successful mo. But also see through the matrix on whose really successful verse is and who's maken a really good show of it. I don't have the answers as to how to scale and grow some. So still haven't figured out how to, i scale beyond just me,. Because we are limited by our timeand and wont have you. It's been fun, but know, nearly well with it.
