If Britain starts one coal mine, how can it ask other people to move away from coal? I don't think these are two things that are in opposition. The fact is we have to recognize that the Pakistanis,. for example, have not contributed in any real sense to global warming. So we have to... That's right. They've contributed about 1%. Our job is to make sure that we do the big heavy lifting and help them to live with the climate change that we have caused. We have to do both of those. And it's a hard and tough thing. But in the end, you mustn't bow to the Donald Trump's of this world.
