Why You Shouldn't Save $1,000 a Month, Right?
I would say that regardless of where you are, I think saving is a very important habit to develop. Because you don't get taught money management skills at school. Your job doesn't teach you how to manage your money. That's something that either mom and dad teaches you or you learn yourself. To me, if you start saving early, then at least you're learning one of the universal laws so that when you make $1,000 a month after that $10,000, $20,000 or whatever it is you make, you now have incredible habits that are just going to be healthy for you. We've got thousands of years of ancestry sort of playing the money game collectively
