In a public REIT you're going to be subject to market volatility and real estate values they just don't fluctuate nearly as much as public REITs do. And I think over, you know, over when I look at VNQ over the last twenty years versus our performance, we've done better certainly than VNQ has over that time period. So Growth Fund 4 is only multifamily and we are in multifamily because it has produced some of the highest risk adjusted returns over the last 20 five years.
