Lead gen lead nurture sales fulfillment and then resell and ascension. For most small business owners they're not really that wouldn't those are not like I mean in our business obviously we need to have those functions but because right now we have a hundred and twenty I don't know five employees right now full time. So it's really like how are we getting names? How are we generating interested parties They're collecting data, so what are we putting out there to generate it from that point? And then after that it's like cool once they make the sale what do I need to do to absolutely blow them away?"
