It's easy to fall into that pattern where it's, you know, I just parked at the grocery store. You've got to be real with yourself at various points and say, I'm not ever going to be perfect. But this cannot happen. The middle path is a better way to look at life than being moderate or something like that. And about pure Buddhism, the North Star ofpure Buddhism is obviously cessation of suffering and following the eightfold path.
