The Slowness of the IPL

The IPL is a very slow game. The over-8's are slower in IPL, amazing. But we do have the punishment this season. If you don't have your own bowlers in time, then you've got an extra player to come inside the circle. I wonder whether that will actually speed up the game or not. We'll sort of let listeners know if we've been there for four hours or three hours.
