Long Runs Can Set You Up for a Marathon Race

You get used to running a long run, don't you? Of course, sometimes I've run in March for a spring marathon. It's about taking a learning from a long run and then producing it in a race. Nobody remembers an amazing long run in training. They remember the execution of the long runs in training on race day. The human body can absorb four ounces of carbohydrate drinks every 20 minutes. That's a range. There's so much going on, but that's why we need that big time block so that we can get all those parameters down.
