Decision Making Is the Key to a Successful Startup
The word embarrassment plays a key role here. Every founder has to learn how to make decisions. It is oftentimes better to make a wrong decision, usually correctable than no decision. At Google we made the decision to purchase YouTube in about 10 days. Incredibly historic decision because we were ready and people were focused. We wanted to get it done.
