Am elective. M has podcast and om videos and m articles, like research articles. Main goal was to give students at least a foundation for which to kind of build on. We encourage some healthy behaviors in a discussion about what it means to have those healthy behaviors. And then am michel mentioned part of that, as we do these social determinens of health. Ause, i don't think in mud school you really have much time to kind of take a breather and think about, ok, am i healthy? Am, is this, you know, a, are the choices a making? Am good for my health?"
