How to Hypnotize Yourself for Insomnia
The only point I would make there is don't do self hypnosis just before you go to bed because it is like a power nap. If you're using it as an insomnia solution or something like that, it's fantastic. So expand your repertoire as you go on and get good at hypnotizing yourself pretty much anywhere that it is appropriate.
