The Importance of Borrowing
Jason Johnson: The ability of the US government to be able to raise the debt ceiling and borrow more money is based largely on that on on trust. In reality, isn't raising the debt ceiling in a way, reducing trust saying we can't pay our debt? And I'm always reminded of Warren Buffett's great line. Never bet against America.
