The Difference Between Flexibility and Mobility

Fascia flossing is a technique that was derived based on traditional Chinese medicine, meridians. It's essentially moving the fascia and mobilizing it along these specific meridian channels to keep blood flow as well as like good vibe feeling. And when I look at the techniques, I have no specialist in this,. I don't like actually do these techniques with my runners, but it's essentially active stretching techniques. That's what they all look like. Like we're doing active stretches. So we're moving through it, but it is designed in a specific pattern which affects more of the meridian.
