He's lucky enough to live in the only country on the planet where human beings have seized the power to shape events according to reason and not simply be buffeted about by chance and superstition and greed. So again there's this soaked in this kind of ideology of really wanting this socialism stuff to play out properly and to be a reasoned approach to managing an economy and providing for citizens. And of course also he sees in the fact that anti-Semitism in the Soviet Union at this time is not as bad as it is in Germany. Yeah definitely and he's dreaming about a better world.
