How to Carry Leverage in Your Life
I did very well, I bought in 2011 and in Boston that like perfectly timed the bottom. It was not a genius. But I just didn't have nearly enough leverage. If you can leverage up hundreds of millions or billions of dollars with the bank, the bank has a problem. And they're much more willing to work with you. So I think that's what people are doing is leverage on leverage.
