positive rights would look something like that go to any liberal city in the united states and you're going to see blocks of homeless people without access to mental health care. The law is a tool of class struggle as a tool class domination so stepping outside of a liberal view of the law i think requires understanding it in relation to class and kind of demystifying its function there.
