Dental practice owners need to realize they're more at risk than they know and should train staff on how to spot a suspicious email. With associates, you are what's called a data controller under GDPR so it's your job to make sure that all of their personal information is protected. You cannot just piggyback on the practice using patient consent for marketing purposes or anything else.
