Vladimir Putin's State of the Nation Address
This is the first time Putin has made a formal speech since he invaded Ukraine in February 2022. He skipped that obligatory state of the nation address last year. A lot of the things were there, were predictable, including his blame game. The only thing he said was that the more the West supplies weapons to Ukraine and the longer range of those weapons are, the more Russia will have to defend ourselves.
