The Design Thinking Model

I love the design thinking model. That's what i brought to the team at home depot when i was there. And in a quick story on our remit was to create something that was new. It hadn't been done before there. And it was to rethink how we could bring more learning into the actual work environment. So like it became an overlay to the existing work environment. But you know, i came into the company not from working in the stores. I wanted us to get into the environment so that we cold understand it and experience it,. Then think about the solution we were providing from problem statements which would arise from our deeper understanding of how the work gets done.
