The Long Tome Thinking Process

I wouldn't say we have tid completely yet. I mean, of course, we are nowhere near a perfect company. We still need to improve some of our processes and that will probably take us another three to six months. The last ten % is going to be most difficult bit to cover and probably take the most amount of time. Ito. Ar intems of onboading of people, but i sa it is all about getting the right people into the team. Anyone who is behaving selfishly or thinking about themselves first and not the team, is not a good fit in our team.
