Do You Still Feel Like Companies Don't Invest?
I think sometimes there's a belief that just the qualifications is enough in order to allow somebody to really develop. And so i've worked with people who always want to be the the leader presenting, and always want to demonstrate that it's their organization. But actually, you learn by doing something, and not by watching other people do it. I think if you're scared of people kicking you out of the door, i think that's a mistake. You should recruit people that are going to try and replace you. That is really interestin it.
