We do this thing called 911 cards, which is we write out that zero to 10. If I'm feeling myself at a one of going into dorsal or a one of go to sympathetic, here's what I'll do. And you've got it not just right because ADHD brain put it in 75,000 places, right? So you've got and move those things frequently. But only you know what's particularly right for your own nervous system - the more you can map it, the more you know.
