Vin: There are plenty of quote unquote non-responders for each discrete variable. But every single individual in this study experienced meaningful increases in at least one of these things. So if you're trying to just gain as much muscle as possible head to toe, put on some strength, etc., and you're a low responder to hypertrophy style training, it could be that becoming a mass monster isn't in the cards,. but you might have a muscle group or two that responds pretty well.
