So you say, if i expressed something to you and was telling you something that was off, or that was upset about, or the elephant on the table, how would you respond? Let me be clear, in what you just said, or what do yu mean by clarifying? So basically this step is really making sure that people have completed their communication. Is there anything else you haven't told me? so it's clarifying the message.
