Rare Earth Magnet Market

The rare earth magnet market has dropped dramatically over the last couple years. Buffett just put four billion dollars into Taiwan, semi conductor after by this meeting in China. The US has the capacity for 20 years to move all the chip production back into the U.S., but they haven't and they're putting big money more into Taiwan. And much of industry is highly dependent on Taiwan's chips; that's not because they anticipate a war and an invasion by China.
