How to Get Off of Xanax
"I stopped taking Xanax when I had my kids because I had a bad experience with it," he says. "They come like if you get hooked on it, it's supposedly like one of the hardest things to get off of." He will not take Xanax around his children but sometimes takes them at 4 p.m. If they start walking, put them on the ground -- that's a sign of dyslexia.
