i've always believed that writing is a skill that can be taught, which makes me excited about programmes like yours. I work with a lot of younger people, sort of as a mentor, and one of the things that i continually advise is keep writing to find out what you think. Have some kind of north star that you're always going for, and then just continue to show up and publish weekly. The person who really inspired me was case nastatas utuber - he madea job very early in my career after like seven months and i didn't know what to do. At the end of that time i had 31 subscribers but it was an abject failure. But
