"The first failure really sucks. Like especially after all that highs," says founder and CEO of canopy rat, Beej Kucharsky. "It's like we had a good niche, but it's still, and a lot of startups run into this issue." The company overscaled too quickly and didn't manage it properly, said Kucharski. It ended up not being the executionary operating dream that people originally hired us for.
