How to Fast for the First 72 Hours
The first 72 hours are probably going to be the hardest. The sugar level will drop below 70 milligrams on the first few days of fasting. Drink water, get some rest and just don't give up during that time. Then it's like a smooth sailing way, way easier to fast after that.
