The Rule of Three, Isn't It?
Rule of three: Every time you see a technical, but technical solution, rather than giving that you're going to ask a question. After three questions, if they still haven't quite got where you want them to get to, then you can provide them with it. But there might just be times and er where you just have to be frank and honest and giveem the answeran to get the kind of outcome that you want. There's no magic answer for that - some coaches are far better than me.
